I imagined this song is what a music box plays. (As the original song is about a child with the most severe case of childhood schizophrenia doctors have ever seen.) I thought your character could play that child/adult (Depending on your preference.) and I could play one of their hallucinations. The hallucination will create a delusion that the other would be better off dead, but before they could attempt suicide, a loved one finds them. They then are committed to a hospital psych unit, but the hallucinations and delusions are becoming more distressing and disturbing. How so? we can discuss that.
